Put this one in the hard-to-believe category: the wine clip is a magnet that you attach to the neck of the bottle. Manufacturer EA Magnetics claims that the clip “re-aligns the molecules” in the wine, making it smoother and less tannic. Count me skeptical — though it’s a good excuse to throw a wine-tasting party.
