Uanfre Swart – Birkenhead Brewery

A trip to Stanford is not complete without a visit to Birkenhead Brewery. If you have ever sampled some of their beer at the bar, or just popped in for a cold one and some Saturday rugga, you probably met Bar Slinger, Uanfre Swart. Uanfre’s been with Birkenhead for more than a year now and is a great ambassador for the brand. (check out question 6) We had a quick chat with him while downing some Blonde beers.
