One of the most highly anticipated tastings of the year, the Cape Winemakers Guild 2011 Tutored Tasting was held in Cape Town on the 11 of August 2011. Thirty-five wines were presented by the winemakers / members, each explaining the creativity and thinking that went into producing the wines which go on auction on 1 October 2011 at the Spier Conference Centre.
