Starting from May Jordan Wine Estate will be offering their very popular Bread Baking Courses on Saturday mornings. For R650 per person you get to work with George and another 7 guests in our kitchen and learning how to make the breads we serve every day. It includes breakfast, a couple of glasses of bubbly and lunch. This year we will also be doing morning courses on Duck and Fish. Again groups of up to 8 guests will learn how to “break down” and make a variety of great dishes with ducks or line fish.
