Tipsy Mushroom Pasta
Add some extra flavour to your next mushroom based pasta with a dash of brandy.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250g fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsps chopped fresh chives
- extra olive oil to top
- your choice of pasta
Method

Prepare pasta according to instructions on packet

Heat olive oil, chopped mushrooms,seasoning and garlic to a pan and sauté on high heat until soft for about 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and carefully add the brandy to avoid flame ups.

Return to the heat and cook until pan juices have slightly thickened.Season with chives, salt and pepper and extra olive oil. Enjoy!
