Simonsig`s Cuvée embarks on a culinary journey to Morocco photo

Join Simonsig’s signature restaurant, Cuvée, on a culinary journey to Morocco known for its bold flavoursome dishes on Saturday, 30 June for a winter food and music evening paired with statuesque, flagship Simonsig wines.

Start off with mouth-watering traditional Harira soup followed by a hearty lamb shank with tasty vegetable couscous or opt for the tender pan fried line fish with chickpea ragout. The decadent dessert, fragrant chocolate pods with a kick of cardamom and saffron and almond praline will be the ultimate ending to an evening infused with North African beats by Kanimambo, featuring experienced musicians from Congo, Israel, Mozambique and South Africa.

Cuvée has an exotic travel itinerary for the Round the World food and music evenings this winter at R350 per person including a glass of Simonsig red wine served with every course. The evenings commences at 19:00 on the following dates:

Saturday, 30 June – Morocco
Saturday, 18 August – Italy
Saturday, 25 August – Asia
