Solms-Delta releases pear cider
Solms-Delta‘s latest release is a fresh, sparkling, easy drinking pear fermented beverage named Perry. This low alcohol drink is made from freshly cut Peckham pears which are crushed and pressed to extract the juice which is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The juice is then left to mature in seasoned oak barrels for 6 months before adding CO2. Click here to read the full Perry profile.
