Mandela Day inspires wine estate to give youngsters a new lease on life

Gearing up for Mandela Day, Waterkloof Estate, known for its sustainable wine farming in the Helderberg, has joined forces with the Sir Lowry’s Pass Community Empowerment Project by launching a donation campaign to bring relief to the primary school in this poverty-stricken community on the outskirts of Somerset West.

This eight-week long project encourages individuals and local businesses to donate products for the Sir Lowry’s Pass Primary School such children’s clothing for ages 7-13 ; shoes; blankets; educational toys and children books, and non-perishable food to alleviate the  school’s crippled feeding project.
