Indulge in delicious dishes from new chef, Melissa Bruyns. Melissa has chosen a few mouth-watering highlights of the new restaurant menu, which will be available from 3 September. Feast on fresh, tasty Franschhoek Salmon Trout fish cake burgers, saucy black mussels, scrumptious vegetable spring rolls and succulent gourmet beef burgers topped with bacon and cheddar cheese.
