Dana Snyman Hiervandaan at Solms-Delta

“We are hiervandaan”. Meet renowned and respected travel writer Dana Snyman at Solms-Delta on Saturday 25 August. He will discuss his latest book, Hiervandaan – English translation, Long Way Home (which commences at Solms-Delta), in which he traces his family’s story as he explores the backwoods of South Africa and what it means to be ‘from here’ (hiervandaan). Upon arrival, enjoy a welcoming glass of Solms-Astor Cape Jazz Shiraz and listen to the Soetstemme choir. Following the talk, there will be a traditional Cape lunch buffet and a book signing.
