Creation Wines to Glitter at Women`s Month Celebration
What better way to celebrate Women’s Month than sharing in Mother Nature’s own generous gifts? And this is what you are invited to do at Grande Roche Hotel in Paarl on Friday 31 August when Creation‘s terroir-expressive wines will be paired with the fresh culinary masterpieces prepared by Chef Roland.
What promises to be a truly memorable Women’s Month celebration at Grande Roche Hotel. Apart from the gorgeous Creation wines crafted by internationally acclaimed winemaker JC Martin and the terrific food pairings by Chef Roland, you’re in for another special treat. During the course of the meal, Nancy Richards, well-known presenter of the popular SAFM show OTHERWISE: Talking Women, will describe her experiences walking the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in Spain. Known in English as The Way of St. James, this medieval route today attracts modern-day pilgrims like Nancy, who completed the walk in order to raise funds for the Saartjie Baartman Centre for Abused Women in Manenberg. The Camino de Santiago de Compostela is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Nancy will deliver an informal talk, entitled “Women on the Way”, detailing the adventures on her 320km walk.
