Backsberg requires the services of a restaurant manager to manage our 250-seater restaurant.

The applicant should have the following qualifications:

• Proven track record as a restaurant manager


• Front of house experience


• Keen interest in food


• Strong numeracy and computer skills


• The applicant should have a cheerful, customer-focussed disposition


• Be a problem-solver


• Be involved in the marketing of the restaurant
