3 Pink Delights for Valentine’s Day
When it comes to choosing wines for Valentine’s Day, certain descriptors seem to suggest romance: sparkling, pink, sweet. Not necessarily all three at once, although that is a possibility.
Sparkling wine
Let’s start with sparkling, as that’s the obvious way to celebrate with a lover. It’s a great choice before dinner, but doesn’t always lend itself to pairing with a meal.
