Rooftop Fridays: Radio Rooftop Bar

The best place for outside drinking in London has to be the Radio Rooftop Bar on the tenth floor of ME London Hotel on the Strand.

It is difficult to access due to a highly mysterious reservation policy, so your only hope is to pray you are sharing the lift to the roof with a kind hotel guest who can smooth your entrance. Once up though, the bar has an electric atmosphere (it’s open till 3am every day of the week) and from the cool white sofas outside you get a completely entrancing view of London’s finest architecture. As for the drinks: you’ll be too occupied with the view and the people watching to notice, but the cocktails, at about £10 each, are pretty special.
