An application has been submitted for a bar with outdoor seating in the former Sweet gallery shop

An entrepreneur has revealed her plans for a sophisticated wine bar in Woking town centre.

Jo de Magneval, together with her husband Thierry, who live in St Johns, have already submitted an application to change the use of the former Sweet Gallery shop in Church Path to accommodate a wine bar with outdoor seating.

This week Mrs de Magneval told the Woking Advertiser of their plans after conducting a survey asking people about their socialising habits, which was completed online by more than 50 respondents.
