The wine has a wonderfully radiant, ruby colour, with a combinationĀ of lemon thyme and wild herb scents sprinkled with spice on theĀ nose. The oaking on the wine is discernible as a quiet nuttiness.Ā On the palate there is a peach underscored by smooth tannin andĀ juiciness. A spicy aftertaste lingers in the mouth. The CabernetĀ Franc shows plenty of vigour and toned muscular strenght.
